Good morning, everybody. This is Bharon Hoag, the Executive Director of OneChiropractic and the Chiropractic Defense Council coming to you today, Monday, December 27th for your weekly update. We just celebrated Christmas. So that was a phenomenal time for you and your family. And we’re heading into the new.
This coming weekend. So I wanted to do something a little bit different and rather than do individual country videos, I’m doing one video for everybody. I do think it’s important from time to time for everyone to be connected to what’s happening around the world. It’s so easy for us to get tied up into our own business and what’s happening in our own backyard.
Then we miss the significance of what’s going on around the world. So hopefully you’ll take the time to watch this, forgive the length. But obviously there’s going to be a lot of information in here. And I think if you take the time to watch. You’ll get a really good understanding of who we are, what we’re doing, where we’re going and ultimately what the future’s going to look like.
I, we started this shouldn’t be a surprise to many of you. As I’ve said this in a million different podcasts and interviews over the last year, but the defense counsel was an idea from Dr. Stephen Franson and it started with a conversation in February of 2021 with him sharing with me his vision and his ideas.
I fell head over heels in love with it. I felt that I was perfectly equipped to take that project on. I thought OneChiropractic was the perfect organization and its infrastructure and how we were operating to be able to take on this project. And he was gracious enough to give me his idea and let me run with it.
It’s been an incredible journey. I would say most of our work has been happening since August when the first mandate happened in California. And since then, it’s just been a whirlwind. Started off doing a lot of work here in the United States. And then all of a sudden we got introduced to some people in Australia with what was going on there.
And then New Zealand in Canada. So we are as an organization, we are very deep and involved in four countries right now. New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and the United States. But we’re in seven countries total. We’re just now entering great Britain, England and South Africa. So the word keeps spreading.
That’s a huge Testament to you. Thank you for spreading the word, sharing our videos, letting people know who we are. What we’re doing. It’s been an incredible privilege for me to be able to have these conversations, to meet some incredible humans around the globe that love chiropractic as much as I do.
And, it’s, again, it’s easy to feel like we’re the only people dealing with things, but this has just opened up my consciousness. To a much higher level meeting these people, seeing the commitment and the determination and the resolve of our profession. I read about it in the history books of those chiropractors that went to jail for practicing medicine, without a license, as they were accused.
And they just did it with such resolve and such passion and commitment. And in this time in history that I have the privilege of living in, I’m seeing that as well. I’m seeing chiropractor. Are taking a stand and continuing to practice and not allowing the tyranny and the draconian measures that are happening around the world to deter them from that.
Now, I’m not saying that to any of you that have made the decision to shut down or made decisions. These are individual and personal decisions. I have zero judgment for anyone, whether you’ve chosen to get the vaccine, whether you’ve chosen. There is zero judgment on our behalf. You need to do what’s right for you.
I’m just blown away with the number of people that are standing alongside of us. Even those that are vaccinated that still believe that choice is the ultimate freedom. And so we’ve just got an amazing group. What started off. With nothing really, as an organization, we now have over 2,700 contributors that are giving to us monthly.
There are a lot of people within our own profession that said that would never happen. And it happened it’s happening every day and we’re growing every single day. We’re bringing people together. This isn’t a. Vitalistic versus mechanistic. This has nothing to do with that. This is about the freedoms of our profession.
And the added bonus that we didn’t set out to do is we’re now really creating amazing bedfellows with allied health professionals. And we’re starting to grow our family and their understanding of chiropractic and how we. And in, in these countries, we now have optometrists dentists, physical therapists.
We have all of these different groups Oreo or Chinese medicine, just unbelievable people that have jumped on board with our vision and joined the defense council to make sure that we’re protecting their rights as well. And so it’s been an unbelievable journey with what we’re doing. We have as an organization have spent over a half a million dollars.
Now over the last five months, defending the rights of chiropractors and allied health professions. I’m very proud of that fact. I don’t know any other organizations that are spending that kind of. To make sure that we’re in the thick of the fight. We are so tied in with larger groups like the children’s health defense, and I can and stand for health freedom.
We’re really connecting with them. We’re being taken seriously among other authorities and groups where we’re hitting the news in Canada. And we’re w darts are being thrown at us, which, tells you’re doing something good if people are attacking you. So it’s been a crazy journey over the last five months, and that’s again, a huge Testament to you guys, your faith, I was sharing with our marketing team this past week.
We send out these videos every single Monday, we do it by country, right? And so they’re hitting at different times and different links and we do it quite often. That’s one of our differentiators as though the way that we communicate and how quickly information is disseminated. But our open rate, when we send an email and someone clicks on it is over 62%.
That’s unheard of and even more impressive is the click through rate, which is yes, you may open the email, but you actually click on the link in order to watch the video is over 45%, which is insanity in that world. So that just tells you that what we’re doing is working, that the information we’re providing you has value.
And you’re seeing that in you’re staying plugged in which again, I, I’ve run state associations. I’ve worked on national associations. I’ve never seen this kind of engagement in my 27. So I want to thank you. I want to thank you for what we’re creating and what you’re a part of this. Isn’t the Baron show.
I know that I it’s my face that you hear a lot. I’m so thankful for Dr. Tim lemming in Australia. I’m so thankful for Cassandra. Dr. Cassandra and New Zealand. And I’ve got a number of individuals in British Columbia that we’re working with. And there’s so many other people behind the scenes that are helping our advisory board are amazing individuals that have stepped up to help.
Give me some ears to, to reach out to. Different perspectives to ensure I’m not missing things. Even our own team. We have, our marketing group, we have my assistant, that’s been hounding you guys. And when credit cards don’t work and things of that nature. So we’ve got an infrastructure here that have just amazing people that are.
To making sure that your rights are protected and we are not stopping. I want you to know our resolve is as strong today as it was when Dr. Franson shared that vision with me. And we’re going to, we’re growing where our infrastructure, our vision is getting bigger on the capabilities. And remember, we’re not an organization that.
Because of mandates. We’re an organization that exists to ensure the rights of practicing chiropractors and allied health professionals around the world are protected. We are going to make sure that you guys maintain the ability and freedom to practice how you choose. And so it’s an unbelievable honor for us.
I know we’re still dealing with some issues. I know. We’ve still got a lot of things going on Australia. We’ve got two lawsuits that are going to be dropping very soon. That’s going to create a lot of waves and we’re doing a lot of work. We have a number of providers that are having complaints filed against them by the community and other chiropractic.
It’s our typical way of doing business as a profession. So we’re there, I’m very proud of the work we have yet to have any chiropractor, have any serious fines or be shut down or anything happened to them anywhere in the world. And we are the first people that are going to step in front of you and take the bullet when we have the opportunity to do so thank you for continuing to rely on us and jump on board and allow us to do the work that you’re asking us to do. So now I want to share with you a little bit about what I see coming. 20, 20 and 2021 was definitely the year of control. It was a sociology. And they won hands down not a single question that they were successful in the game that they’re playing, whoever they are, but 20, 22 is going to be a different game.
And I want you to mark my words, I’m putting in a video it’s archive. You can throw it in my face at the end of next year, or I’m either prophetic or I’m a fool. And I’m very okay with either one, but I choose to believe 2022 is going to be the year of the. I think we’re going to see a massive shift happening all over the world, where their narrative is going to fall apart.
It’s already starting to fall apart. The unity the growth, the connectivity that’s happening with like-minded individuals is staggering. I wish you could be a part of some of the conversations that I’m a part of unseen. I know it’s underground. I know it’s stuff you can’t physically see in your face.
The media is constantly berating you with other things, but there is an infrastructure that’s being built that is going to be unmatched. By anything that they have to offer, you’re going to start seeing the people step up and vote. We have elections in every country next year that are going to have pivotal impacts on the governments of all countries.
And so I think we’re going to start seeing that happen. We’re seeing it happen even with the vaccinated individuals. Now that they’re changing the definition of fully VAX to three jabs, and it’s going to be four before the middle of the. We’re starting to see they’re fed up. People signed up, they drank the Kool-Aid and now they’re starting to realize everything they were told.
Isn’t true. We’re starting to see that vaccinated people are getting just as sick as unvaccinated people. They’re telling us that hospitals are full of unvaccinated individuals, but when you talk to the actual people working in the hospitals, that’s not true. There’s just as many vacs or more vaccinated individuals in hospitals.
And I get attacked all the time. I have people challenging me and yelling at me. Why am I saying. Because it’s what I’m hearing. I’m literally on the front lines with these individuals all over the world and it’s the truth. So we’re starting to see this narrative really starting to break down and not only is their narrative breaking down, but we’re getting smarter.
We’re having more people step up and step out, willing to fight for our side of this particular issue. So mark, my words, 2022 is the year of the people we are going to take back our freedoms. We are going to take back the ability to. And here’s, what’s even better. Not only are we going to take it back, but we’re going to build it stronger.
We’ve learned a lot over the last two years and those of us that have the ability to maneuver and cause some influence in the new creation of healthcare. Moving forward, we are ensuring that there is a rightful place for people like us, that chiropractic and allied health professionals have. At the table, we were not the ones that created this madness, but we are the ones that have kept people from going insane through the process.
Therefore we’re earning the right to sit at the table we’re so we’ll be able to actually create the model that we’re going to be living in for the next couple of decades. So it’s a, it’s an incredible time to be where we’re at. I know it’s so easy to get caught up in fear. It’s so easy to get caught up in property.
But I need you to remember. There’s something bigger here that you are part of an organization that is committed as ever. I will not back down. Our shirts there, they’re very clear do not tread on us. We are not going to sit down and let them do this anymore. And it’s all because of you. So here’s my request.
Here’s something that I’m going to ask you to do for. Number one, I need you to choose to believe this coming year is the year of the people just manifesting that in our minds, putting it out into the universe has so much power. And I’m asking you to join me in that vision. The 20, 20, 20, 22 is the year of the people.
If you can join me in that commitment, I would greatly appreciate it. Secondly, we have got to grow, I have a new vision, my vision was 5,000 and I wanted it by the end of the year. We didn’t hit it, but I’m very proud with the growth that we have. It’s given us the means to do the work that we’re doing.
But I have a new vision. I want to unite our profession. I believe we can. I believe we’ve proven not only that we do what we say we’re going to do, but we’ve proven that we can defy the odds and do things that no one has ever done before. And we’re going to continue to do that. I want to get to 10,000 and I know you’re like baring.
You’re crazy. You didn’t even hit 5,000 now. You’re double. I am by the end of 2022, I want 10,000 people aligned with us that gives us so many opportunities, both economically, as well as infrastructure wise, to ensure that chiropractic and allied health are growing, that we start gaining a foothold in healthcare that we’re aligned with some of the other bigger organizations and helping them.
If you really look what God’s been piecing together with these groups, like the children’s health defense, and I can and stand for health freedom. We all bring different legs to a stool that when we start working together, it becomes unbelievably powerful. If you really look at what happens in ICANN and Del Bigtree and his research and his communication and the media side of what’s going on, you look at what’s going on with the children’s health, defense and Mary Holland and their legal cases and their ability of networks all around the country.
Of a world now because they’re in Australia as well. And you see their pockets of people and how they’re rallying. You look at the technology of Stanford health, freedom, and how they can quickly disseminate information. And then you look at our infrastructure from the healthcare side, it’s an unbelievable team.
And so this year in 2022, we’re going to be really figuring out ways how we can align as organizations to get a little bit stronger, to get a little bit faster, to get ahead of the curve a little bit more so that we can start directing where that wave of. 2022 is going to be the year of the people market.
And I want you to be a part of it. So if you can join me in those two things, number one, I want you to proclaim that. I want you to put it out there. That 2022 is the year of the people. And number two, I need you to help me spread the word. We need more people tied to the defense council. We need more people hearing what it is we have to.
Following the directions that we’re giving from our legal teams so that the health care side of this movement can be organized. We can actually create a power that they can not defeat, that we can penetrate them, that their fear that we bring when we move as stronger than anything they could do to us.
So that happens when you are fully in with what we’re doing. So that’s my request going into the new year, in my commitment to you as I am gonna. This is my life’s calling. God has placed me here right now. He’s given me the skill set, the resources, the resolve to do the work. And now I’m asking you to join me in that.
So please proclaim 2022o share this information, share this video with those of anyone in your circle and challenge them to come. It’s $33 US a month. It’s a very nominal amount of money to do. An organization like this that has your back, but also is going to give you information. You’re not going to get anywhere else.
So we love you. We appreciate you happy new year. Thank you for being a part of this vision. Thank you for trusting us and for allowing us to serve you in the capacity that we are. And you rest assured that we are going to take 20, 22 by storm because it’s the year of the people we love you. God bless you.
