Dr. Stuart Hoffman and Dr. Heidi Haavik discuss the latest in Chiropractic Research during their archived ChiroSecure Live Event Archive.
The research Dr Haavik is involved in explores the effects of chiropractic care. In particular she investigates what happens in the brain when a chiropractor adjusts dysfunctional spinal segments.
She has utilized sophisticated neuroscience techniques such as somatosensory evoked electroencephalography and transcranial magnetic brain stimulation to investigate the effects of chiropractic adjustments of vertebral subluxations on somatosensory processing, sensorimotor integration and motor cortical output.
Recently she has translated this science into everyday language in the soon to be released book, The Reality Check.
I’m writing to you today to say a huge THANK YOU!!!! Thank you for being a member of our Supporters Programme at the Centre for Chiropractic Research. The future of chiropractic research, particularly in our Centre, depends on people like you who support the research that we perform. We launched the Supporters Programme
